1. How do I set up my New Account/User Profile?
Every customer of Doo&Dee’s Premium Disposable Diaper Delivery Service is unique – and so are the needs of each baby who will be using our premium quality diapers and training pants.

At the time of your first order with Doo&Dee, you will set up a User Profile. This can be done online by going to the 'sign in/new account' page OR by calling a Doo&Dee Customer Care Representative at (877) 813-3663, Monday - Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (CST).

Your User Profile will contain key information including your name, the address where your deliveries are to be made, and the frequency and timing of the deliveries, as well as the credit card you would like to use. Your credit card will be billed at the time of shipping which is usually 3-5 weekdays before the date you want to receive your delivery; your order will be secured by Authorize.net®.

2. Must I use my User Profile every time I order?
It is NOT necessary to use your User Profile each time you order disposable diapers or training pants if you have selected the ongoing delivery service option OR one of Doo&Dee’s 3-, 6- or 12-deliveries on a pre-paid basis option.

When you establish your User Profile, you will tell us what size product your baby needs, how often you want deliveries made, and to what address. We will automatically follow these directions on every subsequent order UNTIL you need to change sizes or frequency of deliveries.

3. Can I order diapers or training pants for both my children at one time?
Doo&Dee’s purpose is to make life easier and more enjoyable for you and your family. Less time spent running to the store means more time for quality family time. So we hope that you will let Doo&Dee fulfill ALL of your children’s needs for diapers, training pants and wipes.

Your User Profile has space for an unlimited number of children to be listed for ongoing diaper and training pant deliveries. The size needed and the frequency of delivery for each child is individual – and this is the information that you will need to provide us and that we will operate from for each child. Please note: you can provide the first name of each child OR if you are more comfortable, you can provide an identifier; for example: Baby A, Baby B, etc. Also to note: the deliveries do not need to happen at the same time. Each delivery of diapers or training pants and wipes is FREE.

You can even order Doo&Dee’s diapers, training pants and wipes AND items from our Baby Boutique as gifts for friends or relatives. Just give us the information to add to your User Profile – indicating the address of the delivery and the item and sizes needed. Your credit card will be billed at the time the order is shipped – usually 3-5 weekdays before the scheduled date of delivery.

4. What if I need to change sizes?
By going to your User Profile, you can easily update the size needed by each of your children. Doo&Dee wants to grow with each child. Just make sure to change your order a minimum of 5 weekdays before the scheduled shipping date (which is 3-5 weekdays prior to the weekday/date you want the delivery made)

5. What if I move?
Just go online to change your address on your User Profile. Or call a Doo&Dee Customer Care Representative at (877) 813-3663, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm Central Standard Time.

6. Can I change the frequency of delivery?
As a child grows, the usage of diapers and training pants usually lessens – even if the child is still in the same size. Just go to your User Profile and change this information to the timing that is right for YOUR child. You can also call a Doo&Dee Customer Care Representative at (877) 813-3663, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm Central Standard Time.

7. How does the Doo&Dee Premium Disposable Diaper Delivery Service work?
Doo&Dee Premium Disposable Diaper Delivery Service delivers disposable diapers, training pants and wipes to your door (home, office, daycare – YOU name the location!) on a regular schedule that works best for your baby. 

All you have to do is set up a New Account and your own User Profile. You can do this online or by phone; just call (877) 813-3663, Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (CST).

Payment is by any major credit card and is secured by Authorize.net®. Your card is charged on the date your order is shipped – usually 3-5 weekdays before the requested date of delivery.

As your baby grows, you can change the size of diaper or training pant needed, and the frequency of delivery.

8. How are deliveries made?
Doo&Dee Premium Disposable Diaper Delivery Service uses DHL Global. Deliveries are made in the 48 contiguous United States and Mexico. You can designate the delivery location of your choice: home, office, daycare, babysitter’s – the choice is yours with Doo&Dee! All US deliveries will be made within 3 – 5 weekdays of your order being placed online or by phone.

9. How do Doo&Dee's disposable diapers compare to the name-brand diapers
in quality and cost?
Doo&Dee’s disposable diapers and training pants are of premium quality!  Made in the USA of the same materials and to the same manufacturing standards as the name-brand disposables found in grocery stores – Doo&Dee’s diapers, training pants and wipes offer the desirable features you want for your baby.

11. How many diapers and/or training pants are in each delivery? And how do I know how many diapers I will need between deliveries?
The number of diapers in a delivery from Doo&Dee is based on the average number of diapers used by a baby in a certain weight range. (See the chart below please.)

But each baby is an individual with his or her own needs. If you find that you need to adjust the frequency of deliveries received – just let us know or click on “My User Profile” on Doo&Dee’s home page. 16. For multiple pre-paid deliveries ordered at one time, what are the BONUS gift options from Doo&Dee? When will I receive mine?

With all pre-paid orders, 3 deliveries and up receive free baby wipes! Baby wipes are 6 x 7” and softened with aloe vera and lanolin moisturizers. Made of real cloth, these wipes are extra thick, strong and soft. 3 resealable packs with 80 wipes each are regularly priced at $6.99 (for 240 total wipes)

17. What if I am not happy with the diapers, training pants and/or wipes after I have
ordered the service?
We are confident that you will be thrilled with the diapers, training pants and wipes that Doo&Dee delivers to your door.  But if you aren’t, just send back the clean unused diapers, training pants or wipes remaining from your last delivery and we will give you a full refund for that delivery. 18. What if my baby needs a different size of diaper than what I have indicated on
the initial order?
If you want to make an adjustment to your order – either for the size of diaper or training  pants your baby needs OR the frequency of delivery, just click on “My User Profile” on the Doo&Dee website home page and make the change(s) needed.  OR contact a Doo&Dee Customer Care Representative at (877) 813-3663 to help you (available Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST).

19. Can I cancel my ongoing service option at any time?
You can cancel a minimum of 5 weekdays prior to your next shipping date. Just click on “My User Profile” on the Doo&Dee home page or call one of Doo&Dee’s Customer Care Representatives at
(877) 813-3663 during business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm CST).

Reminder:  Should you cancel prior to the completion of a multiple delivery commitment, the retail cost of the BONUS gift item you received for your pre-paid multiple deliveries advance order will be charged to your credit card.

20. What is Doo&Dee's privacy policy regarding its customers?
Doo&Dee values its customers and their trust.  We promise that your name will be held in strictest confidence and your information will not be shared outside the Doo&Dee family operations.  Also, the Doo&Dee site is protected by Authorize.net®.  Rest easy! We’ve got you covered – AND we’ll deliver the diapers!

21. How and when will my account be charged for a delivery?
Just set up payment online OR with one of Doo&Dee’s Customer Care Representatives at
(877) 813-3663 with any major credit card. On the date your order is shipped, your credit card will be billed; this will be 3-5 weekdays before your order arrives.

22. Is shipping free for orders from Doo&Dee's Baby Boutique?
Unfortunately we can’t offer free delivery on the great items you will order from the Doo&Dee Baby Boutique. But to make buying wonderful gifts and products from Doo&Dee’s Baby Boutique easier, we’ve defined flat rate shipping and handling charges that will deliver your items via Ground service.
